Real Estate and Appraisal licenses are issued by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. You may renew your Georgia license online at www.grec.state.ga.us/grec/rerenew.html.  You will need your license number in order to do so. There is no grace period for Internet renewals if the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday. The Internet renewal system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Therefore, Internet renewals completed after the renewal due date are considered late and will be charged the appropriate late fee.

• Reciprocal Appraiser Classification
• Registered Appraiser
• State Licensed Appraiser
• Certified Residential Appraiser
• Certified General Appraiser

After you complete this renewal process, a new wall license and pocket card will be mailed within two business days.
