USPAP & Continuing Education
Course Information
The Appraisal Foundation and the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board require real
property appraisers to have 7 hours of USPAP instruction, taught by a Certified USPAP
Instructor, every two years.
The Georgia Institute of Real Estate offers you in-class and
computer-based courses that are approved for appraisal
continuing education credit. For more information
