The first-time examinee passing rate of GIRE students
continues to be among the highest in Georgia. In 2006, 401 out
of 467 or 85.9% of the GIRE Salesperson Pre-license
students who took our course in a classroom setting and 194 out of 208 or 93.3% of the GIRE Salesperson Pre-license
computer-based students passed the State exam on their
first attempt!
To Qualify…
Unless you are exempted from one or more of the requirements
by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, to be eligible for a
Georgia Salesperson Real Estate license, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a resident of Georgia, unless seeking a nonresident license.
- Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency.
- Complete a 75-hour Salesperson Pre-license course (such as this course) offered by an approved school and complete the school in-house exam.
- Pass the state real estate examination.
- Obtain a copy of your Georgia Crime Information Report.
Final decisions regarding licensure are the responsibility of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Hardware & Software Requirements
- An IBM PC-AT or 100% compatible computer with a 486 DX-25 based processor or higher.
- VGA adapter and VGA monitor.
- A hard disk drive with 15 MB available.
- CD-ROM drive.
- Microsoft® Windows 95, 98, or NT compatible, at least 16MB of RAM is required.
- Course may not work on MacIntosh.
- Course must be started and
finished on the same computer.
