Course details are listed below. Each course satisfies the 25-hour requirement
of the Georgia Real Estate Commission,
to be taken within the 1st year of earning your real estate
license.

Member Discounts
Members of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and Atlanta
Commercial Board of REALTORS® will receive a $15 discount on
most postlicense courses, except CAM. All Courses reflect the
full tuition for non-members until you log into the system and
your current membership status is recognized.
Upcoming Schedule
The Georgia Real Estate Commission
requires that each Salesperson successfully complete a 25-hour
Post-license course within one year of issuance of an original
Salesperson license. Choose from among these in-class
Post-license courses offered throughout the year. Each course is
approved by the GREC and satisfies the 25-hour Post-license
requirement.

Tripp Anderson, ABR, CBR, DREI, GRI, ITI
Tripp has been in the real estate industry since 1980
when he obtain his BBA degree in Real Estate from Georgia
State University. He later earned his MBA from Mercer
University. Tripp has presented for his firms, The Alabama
Association of REALTORS®, THE Alabama Real Estate Commission,
Barney Fletcher Enterprises, The Georgia Association of
REALTORS®, The Georgia Institute of Real Estate, The Georgia Real
Estate Commission, and The Real Estate Educators Association.
Recently Tripp has begun professional and life coaching and is in
the program to become a Registered Corporate Coach.
Joe Kennedy, ABR, CBR, C-CREC
Joe brings knowledge, experience, compassion and empathy to his
classroom and creates a highly effective learning environment.
Joe has been licensed over 29 years, is currently an active
Broker involved in both commercial and residential real estate,
and holds numerous professional designations.
Ed Riggins, CCIM
Ed Riggins is an Executive Vice President in the Atlanta office
of CresaPartners where he has often been the top producer since
joining the firm in 2000. A 25-year real estate veteran, Ed
provides real estate advisory services to corporate clients.
Prior to joining CresaPartners, Ed worked on the agency
(landlord rep) side of the business, representing both
institutional and entrepreneurial landlords. Applying a unique
combination of human relations skills and technical abilities,
Ed approaches each client project with creativity, market
intelligence, optimism, and humor. He is a graduate of Auburn
University and holds the CCIM designation granted by the
National Association of REALTORS®.
David Thomas, CCIM
David has over 35 years of experience in commercial investment
real estate. He has been an instructor for GRI, GAR, NAR, Georgia
State University and Oglethorpe University. David is also a real
estate broker, consultant and Qualified Intermediary for IRC 1031
exchanges. He has been named "REALTOR® Associate of the
Year" and "Exchanger of the Year" for the state of
Georgia and is listed in "Who's Who in the Southeast."
