2008 Schedule
The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that each Salesperson successfully complete a 25-hour Post-license course within one year of issuance of an original Salesperson license. Choose from among these in-class Post-license courses offered throughout the year. Each course is approved by the GREC and satisfies the 25-hour Post-license requirement.  We offer classes at our Atlanta and our Duluth campuses.

Community Association Management

Instructors: Lisa Fuerst, Jamie Lyons and George Nowack, Attorneys  with the real estate and litigation firm of Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C., in Atlanta.

Course content is excellent information for anyone, especially community association volunteers, working for their neighborhood association. You will learn:

The Instructors

Tripp Anderson, ABR, CBR, DREI, GRI, ITI
Tripp has been in the real estate industry since 1980 when he obtain his BBA degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He later earned his MBA from Mercer University. Tripp has presented for his firms, The Alabama Association of REALTORS®, THE Alabama Real Estate Commission, Barney Fletcher Enterprises, The Georgia Association of REALTORS®, The Georgia Institute of Real Estate, The Georgia Real Estate Commission, and The Real Estate Educators Association. Recently Tripp has begun professional and life coaching and is in the program to become a Registered Corporate Coach.

Greg Dunn, ABR, GRI
Greg Dunn’s pleasant and humorous nature creates the perfect learning environment. These trademark traits, in conjunction with his painstaking attention to detail, make him one of the most outstanding teachers in the state. With over 25 years of experience as a broker, Greg is an expert in all fields of real estate. He is a charter member and past president of the Georgia Real Estate Educators' Association and has been recognized as their 1999 Educator of the Year.

Wade Gaddy, GRI
Wade Gaddy, a certified appraiser and the founder of the Atlanta Institute of Real Estate, has been associated with real estate education in Georgia for over 30 years. He is the author of several real estate texts and has served on the continuing education faculties of four Georgia universities. Wade is the senior faculty member of the Georgia REALTOR Institute (GRI) and is a regular instructor for the Georgia Association of REALTORS Partners In education program. His textbook Real Estate Fundamentals, is the primary real estate text at The Gaddy School and is utilized by real estate schools throughout the country. Wade was recently designated a Certified Instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This prestigious designation is issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC. Only seven other instructors in Georgia have received this designation.

Joe Kennedy, ABR, CBR, C-CREC
Joe brings knowledge, experience, compassion and empathy to his classroom and creates a highly effective learning environment. Joe has been licensed over 29 years, is currently an active Broker involved in both commercial and residential real estate, and holds numerous professional designations. 

David Thomas, CCIM
David has over 35 years of experience in commercial investment real estate. He has been an instructor for GRI, GAR, NAR, Georgia State University and Oglethorpe University. David is also a real estate broker, consultant and Qualified Intermediary for IRC 1031 exchanges. He has been named "REALTOR® Associate of the Year" and "Exchanger of the Year" for the state of Georgia and is listed in "Who's Who in the Southeast."

The CAM Instructors
Jamie Lyons, Derek Johanson, Julie Howard and Jay Lazega, all are Attorneys  with the real estate and litigation firm of Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C., in Atlanta. They specialize in representing community associations and have written numerous articles and books on community association, real estate brokerage, and agency issues.
