Sales Prelicense

Many people find success, happiness and financial security in a rewarding real estate industry career. Successful real estate agents often share these personality traits: self-motivation, enthusiasm, ambition, competition, strong people skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and discipline.

The first-time examinee passing rate of the GIRE students continues to be among the highest in Georgia. In 2006, 401 out of 467 or 85.9% of the GIRE classroom Salesperson Pre-license students and 194 out of 208 or 93.3% of the GIRE computer-based Salesperson Pre-license students passed the State exam on their first attempt!

The Georgia Institute of Real Estate has been providing outstanding industry education longer than any real estate school in Georgia. Several formats are available to accommodate your busy schedule and provide education that fits your lifestyle. You can choose from:

  • Courses during the day
  • A combination of Evening/Saturday courses
  • 2 convenient primary locations: Duluth & Sandy Springs
  • Computer-based options, for people on the move or who prefer self-paced education
