To Qualify…

Unless you are exempted from one or more of the requirements by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, to be eligible for a Georgia Salesperson Real Estate license, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be a resident of Georgia, unless seeking a nonresident license.
• Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency.
• Have served actively for 3 out of the last 5 years as a licensed salesperson;
• Complete a 60-hour Broker Pre-license course (such as this course) offered by an approved school and complete the school in-house exam.
• Pass the state real estate examination.
• Obtain a copy of your Georgia Crime Information Report.
