Atlanta Real Estate
This course is offered in a non-ce format as well as a 3
hour CE format. The course is a history and guide to
real estate in Atlanta. The course is very interactive
and many topics are discussed as they relate to every
day real estate in Atlanta- Such as MLS, FMLS, Supra,
eKeys vs. display keys, hardware and software. This is a
fun class to take in any format. There is a great deal
of Q&A to this class, therefore, making it a great class
to learn from your peers.

The Basics of E-Mail
This is an introductory course that is primarily
“hands-off”. It covers the fundamentals of Email, which
includes: Email types, definitions and proper usage. No
specific email service will be addressed (such as @hotmail.com,
@gmail.com, etc.)

(CRM) Tool-
This course
is offered as a two hour non-ce and a 3 hour CE course.
CRM is an information industry term used to describe the
methodologies that help manage customer relationships in
an organized fashion. Many people refer to their address
book as their CRM tool while many others utilize a
software solution such as Microsoft Outlook as their
integrated email and CRM tool. This course examines the
principles of recording, organizing and follow up as the
key elements that need to be covered with a good CRM tool.

This is a basic two hour non-ce course that looks
at how Global Positioning has changed the way in which we work, play and travel.
Participants will learn the basics of how GPS works and the questions you should
ask yourself before you purchase an installed unit in your automobile or a
mobile unit. The course also examines how GPS and mapping can be integrated for
caravans, buyer’s tours, etc.

that looks at the technology and non-technical nature of
Guerilla Marketing as a means of obtaining better market

The House of the Future Is Here Today
This course
is offered as a two hour non-ce course and a 3 hour CE
course. The class is designed and oriented towards
emerging technologies that make homes smarter and more
efficient. This technology then can be applied to
renovations or older homes as well and it can present a
problem when a Realtor® is unfamiliar with the technology
that is in the home and how it relates to cost,
efficiencies, connectivity and entertainment. This course
is designed to illustrate this new technology and learn
how to market it appropriately.

are for the most part universal. This is an introductory
course in Microsoft Publisher. Publisher is an application
that most of us have on our computer at home that allows
us to create flyers, postcards and brochures. This course
not only covers layout and design but the essentials in
creating a flyer for personal and property marketing.

Vista is currently being heavily advertised by both
computer manufacturers as well as Microsoft.

Email has become the universal communication tool, ranking right up
there with the cell phone, text and instant messaging.

is also one of the most vulnerable tools of this set as it
does not convey tone or full intent and is can be
misunderstood by the recipient. Just as the use of jargons
change in our language the same holds true in email
communication. This course examines the general rules of
using Email as well as when Email should not be used. This
is a very interactive class that allows participants to
critique other participant’s Emails.
