Really, Really, Smart Phones
This course is designed around one of the basic principles
of technology that all people use in business today. The
cell phone has evolved into one of the “must haves”
business tools of today. This class goes beyond the basic
cell phone to “smart phones” and how they are becoming
much more than just a cell phone in the real estate
industry. This class is for everyone as we look at
choosing the right device, provider and services and then
look at the web enabled phone websites that support the
realty industry.
Open House Technologies
This course is offered as a two hour non-ce course and a 3 hour CE
course. This course examines the theory of “why listing
agents hold open houses” and then examines how technology
can ensure that you have a successful open house each time
that impresses your clients as well as the public. The
class also focuses on what you can do with your technology
tools if you happen to have a dud and nobody shows up at
your open house.
